New multi-purpose instruction room

Last month, we set up a new multifunctional studio to quickly and easily create professional videos of our products. We can also organise livestreams to train our customers remotely on how to use our products. The new instruction room is especially an asset for our Technical Service department.

New multi-purpose instruction room - Camera

Technical Service Manager Patricia van den Bekerom on the new instruction room: "We are very happy with this new opportunity to professionally support our customers in their work. Distributors and customers all over the world can log in very easily and via livestream we can train them in connecting, setting up and servicing our products. This is a very nice addition to our on-site training. The first livestream has already taken place where we provided FarmManager training to a customer in Spain. It was very good to experience how we can easily share our knowledge with our customers."

Besides online training, the space is also very suitable for making instructional and promotional videos and we can get to work on content creation for our online channels.
